I also use them regulary like. Recommend to drink 2-3 a day is what it says on the can. 2 can get me through the whole day one in the morning and one about 5-6 since I am usually up late. They also have chews and concentrate so you can mix your own! COMPLETELY worth it!

Some days I get ridiculous amounts of fiber like 67 grams or so. I have mine set at 40 because of a high fiber diet.

Enjoy life! Why restrict yourself from some of life's simple pleasures. Enjoy nights out with the girls and nachos! I like to enjoy my life not tell myself no all the time. To me that makes a person slightly no fun. If you can't loosen up a little every now and then good luck with that! Everything in moderation :)

High fiber foods are good. Hmm off the top of my head whole wheats, fresh vegetables. You can try metamucil or benefiber. I think it says to drink two packets a day. It should help. I love beer but it is too filling for me. When I do have a beer I like to have bud light lime it is so yummy or a michelob ultra. I do prefer a white zinfandel or a vodka on the rocks with a splash of club soda and lime!

Not to be mean I did notice a lack of vegetables and fruit in your diary there were only a couple days in the past two weeks. I am not sure if thats going to help but its good to have fresh vegetables and fruits and a mix of them in a healthy diet.

Along with other posters as long as you are seeing results I wouldn't worry about it. When I was losing, now maintaing, I was still seeing results and I eat a lot of fruit.

When my bananas start to brown at home I freeze them then in the morning with my plain oatmeal I stick the whole banana in the microwave for about a min. Then let it sit while i nuke the oatmeal.
