In the mornings generally because your body weight may fluctuate a little depeding on the foods you have eaten such as retaining a bit of water weight and such. I weigh in the mornings and at night though.

I have felt that way and saw that it did happen to me but when I became unhappy with myself it wore on the relationship. It was time for a change and ever since then I have been happy and our relationship has only grown to be better.

This I can completely relate to I am 5'7 originally weighing 136 and now happily 120-124 with nice abs and finally toned legs! I am finally in love with my legs bc its where most of my weight goes. I just run run run! and do abs twice a week!

I have tried about 7 dollars ranging from $9-$78 and they didn't seem to work on my areas of lots of cellulite but diet and exercise made it less apparent. If you can find one that works, I would love to know!

After losing weight and working out consistently with eating healthy mine slowly started to decrease in size. I do not believe it is genetics bc my weight generally goes to my thighs glutes and buttocks regions.

I used to have some but now that I have lost some weight and have a nice toned stomach I have yet to see it anymore. I run 3-4 miles every monday wed fri and do my abs tues/thurs pretty intensly.

If you like taking walks outside take an average of how many calories you burn on the treadmill walking outside just increasing the distance burns the same amount of calories! :) I took a walking and jogging class for fun for credits for my degree and it was surprisingly full of facts and fun!

Just becareful when consuming fiber too much at one time can cause your body to remain constipated and bloated.. It's miserable. Beans are a good source a gastrointestinal doctor would recommend a fiber supplement along with your balanced diet.

If they are made with whey they will most likely give you gas whey causes the large intestine to produce gas.. bloating, flatuelence etc. Same way people give milk to babies then burp them. Your normal not to worry.

The gardein company makes delicious foods! fresh and frozen. I am in love with their foods. I eat many vegetarian dishes and foods simply because generally they have more flavor and less fat than traditional meats!

I love sushi just as much as the next person but becareful which ones you get because depending on the roll their are types that are fried, which you would want to avoid.

The longer you go without the foods and replace them with healthier ones you will eventually finding yourself only wanting them rarely. As long as you keep it with the salad and get the veggies instead of rice and beans. Then get chicken with the roasted salsa and guac everything should be fine :)
