I don't have this issue I switched to an organic peanut butter no hydrogenated oils. Try one or just try to find a peanut butter without hydrogenated oils. Carbs are not my enemy. I eat a higher carb diet than some (55%), with moderate protein and fat. I seem to be doing just fine! :)

I love Back to Nature plain granola with yogurt and sometimes I like to use a quarter of a can of pumpkin for extra deliciousness :) Also strawberries and blueberries throw a handful in and on your way!

If you didn't increase your fiber slowly the fiber will have the opposite effects till your body can adjust to the amount you are getting.

With others mentioned I love nike dri fit shorts! I don't mind spending the money because they keep me dry, fit and when I run they don't ride up! As for sports bras well I can't really help you there I don't have an issue :) I also own a long sleeve underamour shirt it was ridiculously expensive but it works well.

I am 5'7" small framed and I have been maintaining my weight. I am 122 which fluctuates from 120-124 and I am happy at 122. I don't want to go over 125 till I plan on having kids because I feel chunky.

As far as I know it doesn't make a difference when you eat. I eat and have been due to work and everything late at night and lost my weight and have been maintaining. If I am eating before bed I just make sure its not something terrible for me or anything. Your body burns calories the same all day long. Making note that…

Margarine due to hydrogenation it makes the polyunsaturated fat which is originally in the substance become saturated meaning it becomes complete crap. LOL I don't use butter or margarine but it is interesting to know about them. :)

I have just not had a very good week. Also, I got a cold that hit me fri and is lingering. I didn't workout friday or sunday. So I have had 3 days off this week. I am afraid of going over anymore. I am thinking maybe a slice or two of sandwich meat rolled up with a half a slice of cheese in each?

Oh yeah in clarification for everyone. I do have 60 calories left AFTER my run. My runs are usually around 600 calories.

I would agree with people who says a cheat day is okay. I am now rethinking my strategies to a cheat meal! I restricted myself so strict I blew everything I worked so hard for including today and a couple days last week. I have realized I need to allow myself to still enjoy those foods or it results in binge in my case :(
