4 oz cooked skinless chicken tenderloins with chopped carrots and onions. satueed in low sodium teryaki sauce served on flatout mini whole grain wraps with baby spinach. also a side of mixed veggies with a greek honey yogurt for dessert! I indulged today!

Try and cut out most of those packaged foods. Opt for whole foods or things you make from scratch it cuts way back. Avoid processed packaged foods, lunch meats, cheeses etc. More fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats.

Me too! I like honesty. I eat healthy most of time (key word most ) :) but I wouldn't say clean either!

Oh yeah its terribly hard and I couldn't do it. It just bugs me that people brag about it but don't do it. That's like me saying I would be a clean eater when clearly I am not.

Haha I love it! What is considered clean all natural, basically no additves, no processed foods. Basically only fresh foods Well it is obvious that a salad is better than a burger.. I know what you are getting at but I was just venting here..

I have a very busy life style and prefer certain things. I don't want to have to stop and mix my own pb. I have looked it up though. It is not im my budget.

I like my breakfast to be anywhere between 300-400 or a little over that! Mm breakfast.

I love to run. Play sand volleyball(not right now its a bit chilly for that) Go for walks with my puppy Anything outdoors or play outdoor sports Get tattoos :) cannot get anymore though running out of places to keep them hidden! Take road trips for no reason!

Another pb addict here. Love the stuff I should probably stop buying it but I can't its so good in oatmeal with cookies on all sorts of things! I shouldn't of had some today and I did..then the knife went back in the jar :/

I love muscle milk! Not that this helps you any sorry! I get muscle milk light though. Vanilla creme and when I did use protein powders I did one scoop. I am curious to see where this topic goes though because I try to get all my protein from foods.

You are supposed to eat them because the more energy and calories you burn your body is going to require more to function. In a nutshell.

I am in maintenance mode and I eat most or all back everytime also did this while losing weight and never hindered my weight lost one bit, nor my weight now! I have been maintaining for over two months.

It all depends on your diet and exercise there is not "set" amount or time.

You might gain a little weight initally because your body was being starved but as soon it starts to regulate your pounds will begin to start to fall off.

Yup I am going to school to be an Rd :) I eat oatmeal all the time and it is a good source of fiber and does have protein. I eat mine in the mornings with a mashed banana.
