  • Plain greek yogurt is a life saver. Most cups have 100-150 calories, no or little fat, low carbs (usually 7-10g), high protein (mid-teens), and it comes in a portable, easy to use cup and is decently filling. Beware the flavored versions, you're tripling your carbs in those usually.
