Burn calories through exercise and take in less calories than you need to maintain your weight and you will lose weight. calculate your TDEE and go lower than that. Add exercise, and watch the pounds melt! Do not go lower than 1200 calories, that is considered to be an eating disorder. Oh and drink a ton of water!
