i agree..lol or the people that just stop..i at least when i stop move to the side. i wear pj pants and tank tops to the store..but then when im not at work thats usually what i wear or my cropped workout pants and a tank.

tuna, lemon juice and pepper..yummy! also tuna pepper and mustard. a no cal dressing you can use is 1/4 cup of splenda 2 cups apple cider vinegar and 2 to 3 tbsp of any mrs dash. mix together it makes a mock oil and vinegar dressing no calories!

its the circulation when you walk..if you notice your feet will swell as well. when i walk on the beach with my mom we look a bit strange cause after a bit we will walk with our hands in the air waving and flexing them..oh well it helps.

I was hyper at one point then found out i had a goiter on my thyroid. had radiation done gained 120lbs in about 6months. its hard to get it back off. 6 small meals works best, walking works best, take vitamin d it will help with energy and with sleeping through the night.
