  • lol no not lately i just drink a big cold cup of water and head to bed or i do like extreme exercising for about about 10 - 15 minutes and head to bed... but when i wake up in the morning i feel so light and empty its totally worth resisting the late night cravings

  • well my friends and a family member were telling me not to drink protein shakes because they will make me get bulky. i was going to drink protein shakes as a replacement meal just to be full instead of splurging on something like a pizza pockets or sweet.
