I agree with this. When you want to do something about your weight, you'll start doing something about it. This may come across has harsh but only you can do something about your weight. You only achieve when you don't make excuses. It's a lesson we've all had to learn.

Totally know how you feel. I think there are many people who feel like that. Maybe its a case of having treat days if you're missing food. Everything in moderation. I know it can be really hard. As it happens I'm in that zone myself of it being really hard. You'll want to eat more because it's colder and exercise is not so…

If you're hypo can't you be given T4/Thyroixine to correct it? I've had a Total Thyroidectomy and on T4 and have managed to lose 8st.

I'm not sure, 4m3li4, I don't know the exact dates but I would imagine somewhere between 24-36 lbs I would think by the time I tried the shirt on again.
