I love my Forman and it stays permanently on our countertop. I use it every other day and it is so easy that we prefer the Forman grill over grilling outside!

I am on the last day of week 1! I will send you a friend request! I am having trouble with the choreography because I am so uncoordinated! My husband and I are doing it together! Before that we did the 30 day shread and P90X!
-
What a huge difference in such a little amount of time! I'm sure you love the way you feel! Keep up the hard work!
-
Great job! P90X is not easy! Beautiful results!

I kept my largest pair of jeans! I have lost over 40 pounds and I hope I will never go back!

You look amazing and healthy! 50+ pounds is such a milestone, and how awesome to shave 10 minutes off your race time! Way to go!

Sounds like Medifast! I did that and Jenni Craig! They both in my opinion are overpriced! While Jenni Craig is a very successful and healthy program, Medifast is not, and you end up starving yourself and gaining back more weight in the process! As far as finding a program that works, you must first change your mindset from…

Great job! What a great birthday present to give yourself!

Candy corn! Because you just can't eat one serving!

I ttotally agree that you should get fitted at a running store for the best fit! Some people swear by Asics, but they make me have shin splints, Reeboks are too wide for my heels. I love Saucony because of the cushy bounce! Everyone is different, so try on a lot of shoes!

I live in Mongomery County in Gilbertsville/Boyertown (close to Pottstown) and is about 50 miles from Philly. It's a very friendly area with a great shcool district!

I'm from Mesquite, Texas ( a suburb of Dallas). I moved to Pennsylvania almost two years ago and live an hour NW of Philly!

I am not a morning person, although I am up by 6 AM most days! I find it difficult motivating myself to workout during the day. Evenings, after dinner I enjoy working out the best!

I would, just to see if the cal burn gets higher! Just remember to replace both batteries! A battery usually lasts for a few years, but you never know how old the HRM is, it may have sat on the shelf for a while! Even with new batteries the Elliptical still reads a lot higher. Yesterday, I did 35 min on the elliptical, and…

Yes! I also have a Nordic Track Elliptical as well and I burn a lot less on my Polar HRM. I would go with the HRM read. I did recently replace my batteries in both my HRM (the device on the strap) and Polar watch, I noticed my cal burn was a bit higher!

Over easy, sunny side up, scrambled! Never boiled, poached and I detest deviled eggs! My mom used to poach eggs for breakfast on school days! I will never eat a poached egg for the rest of my days!

I love working out at home! I have a home gym in my unfinished basement complete with an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, and a weight machine. I love that I don't have to drive anywhere to workout, and no gym fees. Sometimes I will walk or run in my neighborhood as well!

What an amazing accomplishment! Yay you! 13 more pounds to go and I will be in "Onederland" too!

Please be careful because it's not good for your body in the long run!! Ketosis is super hard on your organs especially your kidney and liver! Please read this article: http://www.livestrong.com/article/285086-what-are-the-dangers-of-ketosis-diets/

You look great! I am so happy for you!

I weigh in officially every Tuesday, but I weigh myself everyday! I take measurements once a month!

That is so gratifying! I have a few beautiful dresses that I have in my closet just waiting for me! They are classic even though I haven't worn them in 2002, I can't bear to part with them! I haven't worn a dress in years! I am at least 75 pounds away from them but I will make it!
