Panda Express pretty decently fresh. I like a panda bowl with beef and broccoli over steamed veggies. About 300 calories. Then two of the veggie spring rolls is only another 150 calories. That's not really 'going out' for Chinese' but it's a pretty good alternative to other fast food.
