You can download a Torrent of Insanity and get the full set. I have been doing Insanity and can't say I love it more. Gets my sweat going. As a beginner you can do Insanity but TAKE IT AT YOUR OWN PACE. Very important to keep from injuring yourself. Also stay hydrated. You will be dripping with sweat. Most of all, have fun
