Thanks for the good advice guys. I will definitely stop doing p90x and insanity and just stick to lifting in the gym. I also thought when doing p90x I was burning too many calories, but I was also trying to make up for not being in the gym. Does anyone have any good ideas for days when you can't make it to the gym?

Yes it is very hard for me right now. I'm trying to space out my meals so I don't have to consume so many calories at once. Like for dinner I was literally having to shove food down my face lol
