  • Welcome!!! The first step is always the hardest. Actually, I am going to be doing a Fit for the Holidays challenge..... It'll be through facebook, because I know how to run it there. But it's free:+} just accountability and a little bit of homework. Let me know if you'd like to join to kickstart your fitness journey:+}

  • Lifestyle change is SOOOO much more fitting, anyway! Diets tend to focus on losing weight.... Lifestyle changes focus on being healthier and making choices that last a lifetime. I'll be glad to give you support:+}
  • I don't want to spend my 20's the same way I spent my teens...... And I'm doing ok so far. I am so much happier now that I'm getting healthier. I'm only 22, I'm not ready to have health problems from being a chunky monkey. I will always take more encouragement, and I'll give it as well..... I'll take more friends on here:+}
