INFP here :) ISTJ's and INTJ's are really different... check out the cognitive functions and will be able to decide the difference! INTJ is Ni dominant (introverted intuition and ISTJ is Si dominant (introverted sensing).

Thank you so much to everyone who responded. I feel much better now and have a bit more clarity taking bits and pieces to what everyone said. I think the overall message im taking away is to take it day by day and be proud of my accomplishments for that day. Forgot how supportive everyone is in this community !

ok thanks everyone. I do know about health and nutrition and i was just speaking on a theoretical level. I don't believe someone should only eat twinkies or mountain dew.. I was just wondering why someone eating at a deficit it isn't working... but i guess they just aren't eating a deficit...

If your really eating enough for a meal then maybe don't eat lunch? I would only suggest not eating lunch if ur not tempted to snack later on account that your probably hungry because you didn't eat lunch... Whenever i taste something i always estimate it- my problem is cake batter- lol i end up logging that i ate a cookie…

I decided to always wear the fitbit and when i do a vigourous workout i'll log using my HRM with the time on MFP while still wearing my fitbit. I hope that's ok... lol
