The seatbelt ma on the airplanes fit easily now

I would love the encouragement. My journey started with many months of energy and drive and now I'm become complacent. It's almost as if I'm scared to make it happen. Silly but maybe true. SW 272 GW 164 CW 211 So close and yet so far!

Yes! I have a goal for my birthday in May so this will help motivate me further☀️

I'm in! Feel free to add me as a Friend! I've lost 50 lbs in 2015 and the goal is to lose total of 60 by Jan 31, a full year from starting point. I really have to kick it up again to make this goal. Then I can set my next goal

I'm officially not needing to buy plus sizes! This is a first in more than 30 years! Funny how our brains work as I automatically go to the larger sizes and then my daughter has to call out and ask what I'm doing! Lol

I'm in! I always log and exercise but need to stay within my 1240 calorie goal!

No more plus sizes is a big deal! I have worn them for over 30 years. Coming from 22W and I am finally in a 16W. No stopping me as this feels great! I celebrate your success

Holy moly! What a handsome and healthier young man! Keep this going your whole life!

To really like who you are becoming, a strange and welcome inner happiness that radiates at your commitment and power as we continue pushing forward. To get excited about fitting into some favorite clothes that were way to small or tight ....then finding out they become too big! Finding new healthy recipes and sneaking…

Perfect! There are days I have to work at reaching my 1240 calorie goal & I like to eat! Eating tons of fresh veggies, lean protein, yogurt, nuts, fruit and whole grains like quinoa. People I haven't seen in awhile have not reacted to my 40 lb loss. Building our own self confidence has become important.

WOW WOW WOW Can't say it enough! Incredible transformation. Live the life you have always dreamed!

You can do this. We are doing it together as I am 65 and we want a longer & healthier life. You are not alone. We are here for each other.

I had a garage sale and put my size 18w to 22W clothes in it! I'm wearing a 16W now, smallest in 15 years. Working towards my next 40 lbs.

I would be very interested in knowing what tests uncovered your trigger. My daughter suffers greatly from migraines.

Good for you! The first step is the most important and it will reward you along your journey. I started in Jan this year and I'm down 37 lbs. Surround yourself with positive people, plan your meals ahead of time & keep track of all calories. You will amaze yourself! I have far to go (about 70 more) but I'm only looking at…
