Wow! Amazing! You look beautiful! And isn't it so cute how our dogs always have to get in our pictures?

The packet ones... not so much. The way Momofuku does them.... hell yes! David Chang is THE man! If I lived near NYC I would attempt to visit his restaurants daily.
-
Way to go!!! You look so much younger. :o)

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Welcome to MFP! Your heading intrigued me because I grew up in St Albert. :o) Currently I'm living in the complete opposite weather zone.... Phoenix, Arizona! Congrats on your first few days! Stick with it. Logging EVERYTHING has completely changed my life. I've lost 37 lbs since starting MFP. You can do this!! Stick with…

I started the first week of May and have lost 55 lbs. I still have at least 35 lbs to go. Pics are in the profile. Not really sure how much I weighed in first pic. And I really don't see much of a difference which completely sucks.
-
Congrats!!! BTW, I was stalking your pics.... and your arms are beautiful! I'm so jealous. :blushing:

I'm a tad under 5'10" and my goal weight is 160 lbs. We'll see how I feel when I get there. BTW, someone posted this site on here months ago and I find it really helpful. You can get a look at heights and different weights. :o) http://www.mybodygallery.com/index.html

Ewww! Yes! That is far far far too low. Why do so many guys on MFP want to weigh so little? Stop already!
-
WTG! 85 lbs is a huge accomplishment! And you look great.
-
Haha! Much better! I was worried. :o)

I find on MFP that so many guys end up being super skinny though they may look "fit." It's nice to see that you didn't drop to 160 lbs to accomplish what you have. You look fabulous! Damn! Edit: I hope you don't plan on losing that 19 lbs that your posts say you want to. :o(

I've hit two plateaus during my weight loss. Both times I've upped my calorie intake and both times it's helped me get out of the plateau and start losing again. Something to think about....

Love these reasons! I had some of these situations happen to me and still kept eating.... I had blood work and it showed that I had high cholesterol. I had lost and gained weight many times, but it was the first time I really felt a consequence of my awful eating choices. Eight months and 50 lbs later, I just had blood…

Great site that someone on MFP posted awhile back.... http://www.mybodygallery.com/index.html

You can do this!! I've lost 50 lbs so far and have at least 40 more to go. I've sent you a friend request. Anyone can send me one, too. :o)

I have the same problem. I've added 2% Greek yogurt (Chobani) every morning and I try to eat 1/2 an avocado everyday (I add a little Srirachi to make it taste awesome!). It is difficult to add calories without also adding sodium, carbs and fat. I empathize. :o)
-
I have lost 50 lbs and gone from an 18 to a 14, so about 25 lbs a size. I'm a tad short of 5'10".
-
Friggin' amazing!! Soooo inspiring! Congrats!
-
I've been eating 2% Greek yogurt (chobani) instead of a low fat yogurt and I try to have 1/2 an avocado with Srirachi everyday. Both of these items are good at boosting my calorie intake. I seem to have the same problem as you. I like to eat healthy, so it is difficult to get my calories in and I'm only at 1300.

Welcome! I weigh 202 and hope to get to 160. So far I've lost 45 lbs. Feel free to add me. And anyone else that sees this. I log in daily. :o)
-
Ewwww.... no! Enjoy it while you can. (Says the single 41 year old) Hahaha!

I haven't really thought about a goal for when I get to my desired weight. Sadly, I usually do food related short term goals. Right now I'm looking at chicken and waffles from the best restaurant when I get below 200, which will be in a couple pounds. Maybe I should be looking at non-food related goals, but I don't really…

You're eating less than 1000 a day?
-
Wow! You lost a whole you. Totally impressed. Good job sticking to it. You look so pretty... and happy. :o)
-
Well done!! You can really tell in your mid-section and face.

From what I understand chemo is hell and a lot of times people do not wish to go through with it a second time. You have no idea how she's feeling. Just listen. There is nothing you can say to solve the situation, so just listening and being there is what she needs most. Best of luck to mending this situation, so you don't…

I don't do a cheat day, but I will do a cheat meal. But I still usually stay within my calories for the day.
-
Urgh! This is depressing to think about.... I'm a tad shy of 5'10" Heaviest: 278 (about 5 years ago) Lightest as an adult: 127 Current: 203 Goal: 160

You are sooo tiny!! Way to go!
