i would say neither. Calorie and fat over load or what? too many calories for a too small meal. Would rather fill up on vegetables at nowhere near the calories. Think folks of all that dehydrogenated fat!!!:laugh:

Try cycling with hubby when he is doing 'a quick 10 mile run' I go with my mate, who is far from slow and I really enjoy it, and it is so much easier on a bike, and something you can do together.

Every morning, and sometimes in the evening - but I take the mornings reading as accurate. I panic if I don't know my weight.

I used to fast for days on end, and lost weight. 11 stone. Now everyone picks on me if I have a fasting day. I do however keep my calories very low on 'non-gym' days. I am all for fasting! :happy:
