New to the site, but started this today, and am hoping to stick with it for the entire month, on top of my regular training.

Just started this today for the first time. Doing Level 1 for now, with two pound (1 kg) weights. Even did pictures before starting, just to I can track my progress that way. Not ready to share those yet though..
