  • Yes, you can make oatmeal ahead but I would recommend the steel cut or irish oatmeal if you are going to do that. It is even healthier for you. If you do not like the sticky texture it can take on after it's reheated then just add a little more hot water. Cinnamon is a nice, no sweetener way to "spice" up the morning blahs…

  • I have been thinking about taking this kind of class. I was worried about doing it next to the stick people. I will probably look into it when I've lost my first 50, when I think I can keep up.
