I usually get Pikes Place or Italian Roast from Starbucks... sometimes the Bay Blend from Trader Joes... I always grind at home on finest grind with my burr grinder and then make the most beautiful cup using the pour over method.

150.. um no.. 100 yes. and ouch, btw. for 30 of em (15 each side) i bent my legs and pointed my knees to one side and then the other to work the obliques... felt great!

Tuna tostados tuna, tbs. mayo, queeze of lemon, green onion, pepper & salt. serve on top of a tostada shell with your favorite salsa. pretty darn good.

Okay, so I'm gonna start today instead... after a extra long weekend of hosting company and over indulgent dessert every night, I just really cannot afford to put it off another day. Shedding and shredding here I go!!

I started last week but stopped because of a camping trip.. i really want to start again but i have company for the next 5 days and a pretty small apartment. I promise to start next wednesday if ya'll would let me join the party!?!?

i messed up on saturday... and i know that usually doesn't show until a couple days after.. so maybe that's what it is. it must be the exercise though, because i can lose weight when i just cut calories... i dunno. i feel better.. that's a good thing.
