A great way to learn how to 'exercise the muscle of moderation' is by reading a book called 'French Women Don't Get Fat'. I had my doubts about it, and my husband had plenty of jokes the whole time I was reading it, but it truly did help me to learn about quality & moderation.

Don't judge, this was actually amazing. leftover gyro sub sandwich turned panzanella salad. Chopped gyro with tzatziki, & lamb meat, chopped onion, tomatoes, persian cucumbers, & parsley. topped with masago for a little saltiness and sriracha for a little kick.
