I weigh myself once a month...on the first day of the new month. I can tell during the course of the month that I'm losing weight because of how loose the clothes feel, but I resist the temptation to hop on the scale right away. Numbers Schnumbers! Look at what you've accomplished so far! That alone is enough to inspire the rest of us, so hang in there!
