You're not eating enough. I follow Tosca Reno's eat clean diet and I eat 1600 calories a day on average and drop at least 2 lbs a week. Also Diet Coke may be ruining your diet. I would watch that!

I'm basing mine on the weight my body will need to be at to lower my body fat 7-8%. 140 (I'm a size 6, sometimes 4 at this weight) is my comfortable weight and one I know I can maintain easily.
