Greetings. Did W1D1 today. Been "planning" to start for a few weeks. Today I just up and did it. Wasn't easy, but wasn't so bad either. Appreciate the encouragement in this board.

Have you considered getting your hormone levels checked? I believe you when you say you're putting in all this effort and not seeing results. I've been going through that too and I'm hoping that getting hormones in balance will help.

I just finished W1D3 of c210k. :-) I'm a terrible distance runner, but so far so good with this program!

I am just starting 1520 as of today. I've been on 1200 for a long time and it isn't working at all. I'm looking forward to seeing if low calories prevented me from losing weight. Would love to hear how this works for others.

Wow I'm glad I found this chain. I've been reading everyone's responses to melon's frustrations - and I share her frustrations. I went to my doctor and had my thyroid checked, thinking perhaps my mediation was too low, but my levels were normal. I am not frustrated after 2 weeks of working at this - it's more like 2 years!…
