  • I had the same question myself so I did some research. The squats can be broken up, which is a good thing otherwise most people would give up after 10 squats. There is no way someone who is not athletic can achieve 50 squats on day one, that is an unreachable goal! Just be sure to complete all the squats the chart states…
  • I would definitely be in! Does anyone know if the squats have to be completed one after another, or do you complete 50 squats in a day's time?
