  • Hey there! Thanks for the message. I think I am going to attempt the Monday lunges, modified push-ups, etc. Just wondering, I probably need a bar to do the triceps work, is that correct? I haven't lost any weight with just the cardio stuff I am doing... so I will start the strength exercised you suggest. Mlounds
