I would try eating like 1/3 of what you exercised. I try not to eat any of those calories back; just because it says you CAN eat those calories, doesn't mean you should. If you eat back those calories, you're not losing any, so it'll be hard to lose the 3500 that equals a pound.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! and good luck on your goal!! :) I would love to lose 15 lbs by labor day! Then I'd only be about 5 lbs away from my total goal.

I looove veggie burgers! I buy Boca burgers and top them with cheese, onions, and ketchup, and they taste just like real cheeseburgers :)
