Day 10 done I increased the numbers ex = 20 high knees pulls, 2x 20 jazz squares, 15 curtsy lunges ....if I lose count I'll just go to the next 5, superman 2x

Hi Shelley, I'm playing around with the planks, i'll take a look. Some of these moves I'm doing twice or adding reps to, for ex the bird-dog I'm holding each side 8 to 10 seconds before moving on to the next move, side lunges im doing 10 on each side. Love your new pic what type of fish is it and how big? Shoveled snow…
