absolutely! it made me realise what junk food is actually doing to the body, and i also become more conscious of the food that i eat nowadays. especially with regard to processed food and all the sodium and cholestorol and sugar level content. so yes, it definitely helps!

Most of the time I do pre-log, so that I know what I would be having the next day, and how much extra calories I can play around with. Sometimes if I have to make changes, I'll try to find an alternative that's of similar calories to the one which I had already logged, so that my calorie intake for the day will not get…

Soft drinks Fried chicken Fast food Ice cream! But once a while if I get the occasional craving, I'll just try to seek alternatives. Like yoghurt instead of ice cream, or filet o fish without tartar sauce! :)
