Chocolate isn't actually bad for you...dark chocolate, that is. Just limit yourself on how much of it you're eating. I've also noticed that the more physical activity I do, the less I crave sweets. And I'm a major chocoholic...lol, so I'm ALWAYS craving sweets!!!

Try substituting your sugar with Agave. It tastes just as amazing and you don't have that weird taste that most sugar substitutes have...plus it's natural!

I wouldn't wait until you're done losing weight to start toning. Actually, it's proven that lifting weights is more effective in losing weight than cardio alone. So go ahead and start lifting, you won't regret it!!!

I actually gained weight after stopping both.

If I want it, I'll eat it. lol life is too short to deprive yourself. I just eat it with limitation, even if pigging out on it would keep me in my calorie limits.

Okay, I've only had to delete someone once for this...and I asked her about her eating habits before I jumped to any conclusions. I really only delete someone if they consistently eat/net below 1000 calories. That's considered anorexic, and being a recovered anorexic I can't be seeing that, let alone supporting that type of behavior. I eat what I want, when I want. I just eat it in limitation. If I want chips, I take a small handful, put it on a napkin, and put the bag away before I even start eating them. Then I eat them slowly, savoring the taste. Not only does this prevent me from eating too many chips, but it also prevents me from craving them…

Sweet onions are a type of onion...that's the only type of onion I usually buy. A sweet potato is a potato, but has a sweeter flavor and it's an orange-ish color. As far as sweet peas, I'm not sure...never had them. But I've had sugar peas / snow peas (when you put sugar on your peas).

Sugar-free gherkins! Zero calories, 1 carb per serving (2 pickles)... only downside is the sodium, but I'm hunting down some low-sodium gherkins!

I think you can do it!!! Even if you don't meet your goal, but you come close to it, it'll probably be satisfying for you at graduation. I would also suggest going on youtube and searching for Jillian Michaels. Her workouts are intense and help to lose weight and build muscle! Good luck!
