Everyday that I sign in and record my activities from eating, exercising, etc, is a reward within its elf. Last year, I lost 57 lbs., and I had siuts altered, bought a couple of suits, and now I can't get into them. I have my favorite suit hanging out so that I see it everyday. We are not alone! It is so hard to do alone sometimes, and sometimes you need friends as a crutch to keep you encouraged, but I can truly say that this is not like dieting. It is more fun to do than anything. Stay focused, you'll get there! Take care, MrDoctorD
