After a less than promising start to the day (slept in & then had pumpkin cheesecake for breakfast), I reversed the downward spiral with a 4mi run and a spinach smoothie. Feeling fantastic and motivated to tackle the laundry and housecleaning!

OP- I am your exact height and 125lbs. My waist is just under 27". I am a pear- 33"-27"-38". As others have mentioned it all depends on your frame.

5'7". Highest 134, lowest 109 (not by choice, weeks after emergency intestinal surgery). CW 129, I'm pretty happy if I stay under 130.

I started today as well... Fit test results: Switch Kicks 70 Power Jacks 46 Power Knees 63 Power Jumps 21 Globe Jumps 7 (those were awful!)
