I usually hit my gyms 5:45 Cycle Class then go to work/school then on most days hit an activity for the PM like dog park, basketball, or even a second gym session.

It really is funny... I mean EVERY ISSUE DISAPPEARED... Laziness, GONE...Tired all the time, GONE...Shortness of Breath after taking out trash, GONE... Knee and Back Problems, GONE... I cant explain how close I was to "Accepting my size" this was definately my last "try". I had tried before but never correctly... was always looking for quick fixes. But refused to do surgery. This was a make or break moment. Thanks for support. Cheers

It took losing quite a bit for my knees to be comfortable again. I know see why my knees and back were bad... They were carrying around WAY to much weight.

Dead on with Motivation... I do it two ways... first is I keep my "Big Clothes" then when I go shopping for "Current Clothes" I buy one shirt I really like in one size too small lol... then work to try to fit in it...lol

I used to listen and relate to people that were "Large" because we all used the same reasons...
