  • I am 53 and put 23 mies on my bike about 6 days a week, and a massage therapist that does 5 hrs a day on top of that. I say I am pretty hardcore, most people just call me crazy : ).

  • Keep it up, when I did P90X I would gain weight on the scale, but I lost a lot of inches. Then after a while I started seeing results on the scale as well! Don't get discouraged, even if you don't see the scale moving, know that you are getting into the best shape of your life!!!

  • I love it, just 2 cups in the morning, but I have switched to agave sweetner, and almond milk in it, rather than flavored sweetners or sugar an milk. And I try to stay away from places like starbucks! I just keep it a little healthier!

  • Welcome, I am 53, and I also had completely change my eating habits to keep the weight off. Great book, that has helped a lot is the Engine 2 diet~ Also lots of exercise, the older I get the more I have to do!!!! But it is worth it! I am on absolutely no meds, and plan on straying that way!
