i always say - this journey is a marathon, not a sprint. this is a process that takes time and evolution. you don't eat healthy, lose weight and it's over. it is a constant change of how you are acting and reacting. re-focus on what you need to do NOW- not what you did in the last few weeks. you are still 14#s ahead!

i've been using mfp for over 40 days and have lost 10 lbs. it does work! the first few days are pretty intense to have to log calories. but it gets easier quickly- i eat a lot of the same things and they keep a history of the foods you've logged in the past. be sure to log your exercise too. it increases your calorie…

i'm a working mom - but would love to be a support system for you! i have had 3 kids and have had the same problem of weight gain and trying to pull off some of the extra weight. i've been using MFP for the last 3 weeks and have lost 7#. pretty happy with the system so far!

i have a hard time maintaining my weight during training also. i always feel so hungery after i've run that many miles in the week that i end up over eating. i'm hoping MFP will help me to avoid that pitfall this time. just be sure to get in some good low fat protein for muscle rebuilding- esp after a long run. the perfect…
