YUM!!!

So excited to have found this. I have dumbbells and can really see myself following this routine since I will just be starting. I cannot do the gym and I am more comfortable at home. I also love that there are videos to show each exercise. Thanks so much for sharing.

Those sound GREAT!!! I cannot tell you the last time I ate a pancake!!! :-(

I toss my asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle it good with sea salt and pepper. I actually roast it in my toaster oven on about 400 for maybe 10 minutes. I like it with a little crispiness to it, not limp. It is delicious!!!

You look GREAT! Amazing, feminine figure and your body looks tight and smooth! Especially your legs! In reference to another poster's comment, I would tell my husband to STOP looking at the hot chick in the bikini!!! Way to go!!!
-
All I can say is WOW!!! You look amazing!!!
-
WOW!!! I am the one who posted this thread. Honestly, WOW, is all I can say. Thank you all who gave me positive feedback and shared personal stories with me. I am still just as confused as I was to begin with. LOL! I guess I just haven't figured out my body yet!!! I know at 1200 cals I am meeting my nutritional guidelines.…

AWESOME JOB!!! Way to go!!

YAY ME! I didn't want to workout, but I did it anyway and I am SOOOO glad I did!!! Now I am officially halfway through!!! 15 days left!!! I always feel so empowered when I finish and am so glad that I pushed through the little voice in my head saying, "Be lazy, don't do it!" When I finish I plan to do Shred It with Weights…
-
Need motivation! I SOOO do not want to workout tonight!!! I just want to be lazy...but I couldn't do it yesterday. So...I guess here goes L2 D6...
-
You end each day with 200 ish? As in left over from your calorie goal after exercise? I still don't understand if I should NET 1390 or eat 1390. I'm sorry I sound like such an idiot. This just totally baffles me...:ohwell:
-
This STILL confuses the HECK out of me. I set my goals to lose 1 pound a week and put that I am lightly active, as I am a teacher. I am working out 3-5 times a week and burning 250-300 cals per workout, per my HRM. MFP set my calories at 1390. So, do I NET 1390 or have 1390 as my food intake?
-
Thanks for your reply. I have bumped my cals up to 1600. I aim for between 1500-1600. I've lost 10 pounds so far, but I would like to lose about 20-25 more. I am also doing 30 Day Shred about 3-4 times a week... How long did it take you?
-
Why can't I see the pictures?????
-
You look gorgeous and I'm sure you feel great!!! So you lost at 1200 cals? Were you pretty consistent with that? When I was doing 1200 cals, everyone told me I needed to eat more. Congrats on your success!!!

Good question, above poster, about the weights...more weight - slower, or less weight - faster. I'm interested in the replies. I just finished L2 D4. It was definitely easier tonight than it has been. I still hate it though!!! I SOOO wish I could do it every day,, but my schedule just doesn't allow for it. And I refuse to…

Awesome post!!! Here's to all of us!!! CHEERS!!!:drinker:

Yesterday was L2, D3, and I am seeing lots of changes in my body. I am wearing clothes that have not fit me in ages and all of my jeans are way too big and hang so low on my hips that I walk on them. That's great, except for the fact that I buy expensive jeans from Buckle!!! I have lost about 12 pounds, but some of that…
-
I am interested in this too...
-
I know this is a very stupid question, as I know NOTHING about weight lifting, but what does 5x5 and 3x5 mean?
-
You definitely need to be trying misses sizes (8, 10, 12, etc) because they are designed to fit a woman's body better than juniors. My favorite store to buy pants is Loft. They make a cut called "Julie" that is especially designed for curvy women. I wear an 8 in their pants and usually a 10 anywhere else. Good luck!!!…

HEY!!! Small world! I live in Roxboro too!!! I just started level 2 today and thought I was going to DIE!!!
-
Level 2, Day 1 done! Holy cow!!! I guess I did ok, but had to pause for a few seconds a few times...I better be smokin' hot when I finish this!! LOL!!!
-
I agree. It seems like it should be so easy, but it's not! I eat too much and I gain, I eat to little and I don't lose. I have yet to find the balance for me!!!
-
THIS!!! I need help knowing how to begin! I want to look like that!!! :-)
-
Thanks! That's what I had. I do great with meeting carbs and fats, but never protein. UGHHH! I know how important protein is, so I am really going to work at that!
-
So if I set my activity level at sedentary I should eat back my exercise calories? I find that part confusing for some reason, when to or when NOT to eat back exercise calories.
-
These sound great! I've gotten some good ideas!
-
Oh my gosh! That seems SO high!!! I think that's what scares me. I am trying to lose 20-25 pounds, by the way.
-
I have read this a million times and I do not get it!!! The numbers completely baffle me!!! Please help me figure it out!!! I am 38 years old, 5'4.5" and 160 lbs. I teach third grade so I am on my feet a lot. I try to work out about 3-5 times a week, 30 Day Shred, for now. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
