  • I just found this group: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/2131-gluten-free-vegan here on MFP. I, too, am gluten free since a diagnosis of Celiac disease two years ago.
  • Carrots, apples (Granny Smith), and ginger, make a great base. Make sure that for ever fistful of kale you juice, you add in a lemon. Celery is a good addition, but I would avoid beets until you are a hard-care devotee of juicing.
