well ive already lost 12lbs in about a week and a half i can tell a little difference i just want to lose this belly i workout everyday and i have changed my eating habits

thank you all for your advice it helps a lot i appreciate it... i just recently got separated and i guess you could say my confidence is really low so im trying to get a better body and eating habits to feel better about myself.
