Wow, congrats on losing seven pounds! This site is very user-friendly, so even non-techies (like me!) can use the tools easily. Before I started tracking what I was eating I thought I was eating within my calorie range, but found out I was eating way too much! Best of luck to you.... you are certainly off to a great start!

My favorite breakfast shake is SlimFast cappucino flavored! I pour the can into my travel mug, zap it in the microwave for one minute, and viola.... breakfast on the run!

I'm a huge fan of hard-boiled eggs. I usually cook up six at a time, store them in the fridge, and grab them as needed. OMG.... I thought it was just me!! That happens to me every single time on my ellipitcal machine too. I tried tennis shoes, dress flats, and even fuzzy slippers.... still numb toes! Finally, last month I got out my summer shoes and got on the elliptical with open-toed flat sandals.... no numbness! I'm so happy!

I'm having a great Skinny Saturday! Did 'The Shred' as well as 20 minutes on the elliptical. Just got home from an afternoon of shopping, and I'm going to do some kettlebell work befor e dinner. Got lots of water in, and have eaten extra healthy today. Feeling Fabulous!! :smile: Jodie

This will be my third 'Skinny Saturday' and I just love them! I tried to do it on Wednesday, but it was a long workday, and I just didnt have the energy for a double workout that night. I look forward to staying active on the weekends now. Happy Saturday everyone! :smile: Jodie

Skinny Saturday was once again successful for me too! I did two workouts and kept my calories under my limit, and drank extra water. I feel great! Great way to start the weekend!

I saw this topic last week and tried it.... it was great! I exercised three times throughout the day and ate extra healthy. I was very proud of myself for sticking to the plan. I am definitely in for this Saturday too!! (In fact, I have been looking forward to it!) Jodie
