5.4 and I am aiming for 135-140lbs. I want muscle, well I know I have some, but I need to burn some of this nasty fat off. I want to stick to clean eating, drinking enough water, and weight training/ cardio. I just want to be healthy dammit!! :noway: :wink:

Add me! You just described me...I'm so discouraged and I'm starting to get depressed too. I hate feeling like this. Sometimes I feel like I can take the world and then there are days like these where I don't know what to do with myself. I can be very motivated and driven I just need a little push as well. :smile:

I'm in! I am already excited about Halloween as it is, this only makes it better. If I can lose 20lbs I'll be at my pre pregnancy weight of 158lbs, so if I could reach 148lbs by Halloween that would be awesome. That would leave me with only 13lbs to my goal weight. lets do this. I would like to lose about 12lbs in these 5 weeks, but 10 is great too. I will also be starting today. Lets do this!
