It's sounds solid to me. Weight loss is different for everyone...due to genetics, metabolic weight, age, sex and medical conditions. So, the idea of customization of a diet appeals to me. I'm 27. 5'4" and my weight...I have no idea. Tuesday I was 139 and today I was 147 so, who knows, I hate the large swings my weight takes, water weight or not. I want to be 120. Add me, motivate me, suggestions wanted needed and appreciated. Thanks.
