I drink a Slim Fast shake every morning for breakfast because it's quick and easy but I don't follow the actual Slim Fast diet because I found myself starving by dinner time and nothing could fill me. Now that I just have the shake in the morning, my weight loss is back on track.

I allow myself to enjoy the foods I love during parties but I do so in moderation; that way I am not denying myself but I'm also not stuffing my face. I also try to workout before I go, whether that be at the gym or a long walk, etc.

I love the 100 calorie packs of chocolate/chips/cookies etc. If it weren't for those, I'd be constantly craving sugar! But honestly, I have cheat days where I'll eat some of my favorite foods and that also helps tame those cravings.

I agree with the Crystal Light single packets for water bottles. They are 5 calorie packets and I put one in a 1.5L bottle of water and I can drink the entire bottle in no time!

That happened to me! Go up a half size in shoes. Your feet swell while working out so this allows room for them to swell. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem. I spoke with my nutritionist and she told me that it takes two weeks to change your daily routine and to force myself out of bed in the morning to go to the gym and workout. I'm a night eater too! I've switched to all 100 calorie (or less) snack packs, like a fiber one bar, yogurt cup, popcorn, etc. Vegetables are also a great way to feel full!
