  • I run in a pair of Columbia Sportswear trail running shoes and I find that they are "fine" on the treadmill but not ideal. Since there is so much tread, it's not as cushy a landing.   • Feeling great after day 5. I am hoping to move beyond Level one by Friday. Already I am seeing a boost in my endurance and push ups (my vice) are getting easier. Still doing the modified push ups but I'm putting my all into them. Keep it up everyone! We're doing GREAT!
  • I went for a 3 mile jog before I did 30DS so I was already super warm. I did notice a huge difference in my strength today! I still do the modified push ups but I found I was able to do a few more today than day 1. It's definitely working - i can feel a huge difference and it's only been 4 days!
