Congratulations!! Doesn't it feel amazing!! I just did my first 3 miles of C25K last week. It took me double the time to get there because I had to do some weeks twice before I felt I was ready to move on to the next. I'm slow too so now I'm going to work on getting a little faster. Keep up the great work!
