This is my last week of Insanity, I love it. I have a long way to go and I will be starting Insanity again once I'm done. I've dropped 2 pant sizes and my cardio strength is amazing. Thanks for the reply's, I forgot Asylum is coming out soon. I was thinking about getting P90X next and doing a hybrid, a friend at work has P90X and said I could borrow it if I wanted. Or..I may just have to buy it :)

I feel the same way. I've also been having a hard time getting ready for work these days. Everything is too big and I look frumpy. I used to hate when people complained about not having anything to wear because they lost weight...now I understand their struggles. I wish I could just wear my workout clothes to work :)

I recorded it and I'm just watching it, and I was shocked too! It's just proof that super fast weight loss doesn't always work.

Such a great feeling, I think I finally have that runners high people talk about. Yep, not much weight loss, but I've lost a lot in inches and the endurance is awesome! I hit a plateau for 6 weeks!!!! I couldn't understand what was going on, I was tracking my food and working out. I just couldn't get it in my head to eat those exercise calories. I'm in my third week of Insanity. It is very intense but I like that. I don't think I have ever sweat this much in 45 minutes. I'm really starting to notice my core is getting more defined. I actually froze my gym mebership for the 60 days that I'm doing this.
