Thanks, I have just done some Internet research and side effects of taking 100mg may cause mild insomnia. I am only taking 50mg a day.

Sodium is my biggest enemy when it comes to holding onto weight. Do not lose focus and do not beat yourself up. Think positive - eat well and drink lots of water. Think about what you could achieve.

Don't waste time drinking. Trust the one you love. Life is not fair. Don't worry or beat yourself up. Invest time in the ones that matter - forget the ones that don't. Be yourself. Never, ever give up!

Read The Chimp Paradox - it gives a fantastic psychological insight into the human brain. Motivation can come and go - commitment means to stay with it. Don't beat yourself up about a not so great weekend. Look at what you could achieve today, tomorrow or next week.

North Northumberland. Started last year and dropped 20lbs - then lost my way in October and have put on about 8 lbs. Right back into it now and signed up for a run in Chamonix (France) in June. so if any Pals need an encouraging Friend - send a request. Good luck to all in the North!!!

Look up Fartlek exercising. It is fantastic for getting your lung capacity and fitness up. Just take it steady and it will come. Good luck

My advice for what it's worth would be to get your breathing right. My ideal rythm is two steps breath, two steps breath. Kinda like "bud um" Phew! "bud um" Phew! I know that sounds silly but it works!!

I tend to treat myself to a quality bit of cheese if I have some calories left over. I never used to eat it due to fat etc but when i have the calories I use them. as Homer said...Mmmmmmm Cheeeeeseee.

BMI should be looked at considered and then get on with your life of getting fit. Lots of professional rugby players who are some of the fittest guys in the world have high BMI ! Don't worry about it.
