  • Click on the excercise tab and then on add exercise. Search for your exercise just as you would food, you can change the calories you burned if you don't agree. If you don't see your exercise you click add exercise and manually enter your information. Does this help?

  • When your done working out on the wii, your wii bank should tell you how long you worked out that day and how many calories you burned. Just click the add exercise button and manually enter it, just like you would with your food. I add in my wii fit plus calories this way!

  • Please look into a free clinic. They are out there. Alot of them go to churches once a month or so. I called the emergency room once and asked if they had any info on free clinics and they did!!
