That's a tough one! I have done runs in the rain as long as there is no lightning. Maybe find a gym that will let you do a free trial, or allows guests? Laps around your house is better than nothing. Taking a week off won't set you back too much. Keep moving!

I have tried running on a treadmill several times. I got dizzy every time. Fortunately, my gym has an indoor track so I can run there if I have to.

I wish I knew the answer to that. I haven't been able to force myself to run lately either. Maybe try a different route? Signing up for a 10k event might be motivating too. I had plans to run a half marathon in April, but there's no way I'd be ready for that.

Got out for a ride today with friends. Adding 28.27 miles.

My husband had knee surgery this year. Maybe next year we'll get back on the bike for some road trips?

I'm not much help on the treadmill either. Makes me dizzy. That being said, just adjust the speed- faster for run intervals and slower for walk intervals.

Spent the last week visiting family in Texas. Made it home in time today to get in 5 miles on the bike trainer for a total of 101.96 miles. Can't update the ticket from my phone. Must do better next month.
