I liked the fact the full version (which cost me about $3) included other training plans and open runs. I only use Rundouble for running, but sync my data on Strava via my Garmin watch. I got into Strava because that's what most of my cycling buddies use. I'm really a cyclist!

I'm going with 200 miles for July, since I'll be spending 10 days with the family in Texas and there won't be much measurable movement.

Just realized that i packed everything I needed to run after work except my running shoes. :| I hate having to go home first. So hard to get back out the door!

I have completed C25k a couple of times, went on to a 10k training program and eventually ran a half marathon. That being said, I'm starting over again.

I finished June with an awesome 53.97 mile bike ride, followed by wine slushes!

We would also have to haul recycling somewhere not nearby. We do save aluminum cans and donate them to the VFW.
